    • A “Verified” badge when the business has claimed its listing and manages its own details. It isn’t a rating or a recommendation.

    Questions about Grove

    Do I need an account to use Grove?

    No. Anyone can search and browse the directory. You only give your name and email if you choose to send a business a message.

    Does Omuna recommend these businesses?

    No. Grove is a directory, not a review site. We don’t inspect, rate or rank the businesses listed, so it’s worth asking any funeral home about its prices and services before you decide.

    What does the “Verified” badge mean?

    It means the business has claimed its listing on Omuna and manages its own details. It doesn’t mean we’ve reviewed the quality of their service.

    What happens when I send a message?

    If the business has claimed its listing, your message goes straight to them by email. If it hasn’t, it comes to our team to pass on. Either way, we email you a copy of what you sent. We can’t promise when they’ll reply.

    Why can’t I find other kinds of help yet?

    We’re adding categories one at a time and only show the ones with real listings behind them. Funeral homes are the most complete today. Others are marked as coming soon in the directory.

    I run a funeral home. How do I update our listing?

    Claim it from the listing page or at the claim page. Claiming is free. Once it’s approved, you can edit your own details and messages from families come straight to your inbox.
