    Last updated: August 14, 2026

Omuna Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Omuna," "we," "our," or "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at joinomuna.com (the "Service"). This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, and your choices regarding their use.

For more information about our general privacy practices, please visit our Privacy Policy at joinomuna.com/privacy.

    1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) by your web browser when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device and remember certain information about your visit, such as your preferences or login status.

Cookies may be set by us ("first-party cookies") or by third-party services we use ("third-party cookies"). Cookies may last for the duration of your browser session ("session cookies") or persist on your device for a set period of time ("persistent cookies").

We also use related technologies such as pixels, beacons, tags, and scripts (collectively referred to as "Cookies" in this policy unless otherwise noted).

    2. How Omuna uses cookies

Omuna uses several categories of cookies to operate, improve, and market the Service. Some cookies are essential for the Service to function; others are optional and require your consent.

    Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled. They include:

These cookies do not collect personal information for marketing or advertising purposes. Consent is not required for strictly necessary cookies under applicable privacy laws.

    Performance and analytics cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Service so we can improve it. They collect information such as which pages are visited most often, how visitors navigate the site, and whether they encounter error messages. The information collected is aggregated and used to improve how the Service works.

    ProviderPurpose

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Further information about Google's privacy practices is available at www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners.

    Advertising and targeting cookies

These cookies are used to deliver advertisements that are more relevant to you and your interests. They may also be used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement, measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and help us and our advertising partners understand our audience. These cookies track your browsing activity across websites and may be used to build a profile of your interests for targeted advertising.

Note: When these cookies are active, certain information about your browsing behavior (such as pages visited, actions taken, and device identifiers) may be shared with the advertising platforms listed above. This may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). See Section 5 for your opt-out rights.

    3. Third-party cookies

In addition to the analytics and advertising cookies described above, our service providers may set cookies in connection with the services they provide to us:

    4. How to manage cookies

Cookie Consent Banner: When you first visit our website, you will see a cookie consent banner that allows you to accept or decline optional cookies (analytics and advertising). You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the website footer, which will reopen the cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through the banner, as they are required for the Service to function.

    Browser settings

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

    • View what cookies are stored on your device
    • Delete individual or all cookies
    • Block cookies from specific or all websites
    • Set preferences for first-party vs. third-party cookies

    • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
    • Edge: Settings > Cookies and Site Permissions > Manage and Delete Cookies and Site Data

    Mobile device settings

You can change your mobile device settings to control whether you see interest-based ads:

    • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
    • Android: Settings > Google > Ads

    Industry opt-out tools

Please note that opting out of interest-based advertising does not mean you will no longer see ads — you will still see generic ads that are not targeted to your interests.

Please also note that if you get a new device, install a new browser, or clear your cookies, you will need to set your cookie preferences again.

    5. Opt-out of sale / sharing / targeted advertising

Under certain US state privacy laws (including the CCPA), our use of advertising and targeting cookies as described in Section 2 may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or "processing for purposes of targeted advertising."

In the preceding 12 months, we may have "sold" or "shared" the following categories of information with our advertising partners through cookies: internet or other electronic network activity information (browsing behavior, pages visited), device identifiers, and approximate geolocation data.

You may opt out of all cookies that result in a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising in the following ways:

    • Click the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our website footer to adjust your cookie preferences
    • Set the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser — we honor GPC as a valid opt-out request under applicable law
    • Use the industry opt-out tools listed in Section 4

Instructions for setting GPC are available at globalprivacycontrol.org. Omuna has not knowingly sold or shared the personal information of individuals under the age of 18.

    6. Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as valid opt-out requests under applicable US state privacy laws. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and targeted advertising via cookies.

We do not currently respond to browser-level "Do Not Track" signals due to the lack of an industry standard for how such signals should be interpreted. However, you can manage your cookie preferences through our cookie banner and the methods described in Section 4.

    7. Web beacons and pixels

We use web beacons (also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs) in our emails and on our website:

    In emails

We may use web beacons to determine whether an email was opened and whether links were clicked. This helps us understand which communications are useful to our Users. If you do not wish web beacons to be downloaded, set your email client to display emails in plain text rather than HTML.

    On our website

The advertising pixels described in Section 2 (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, X Pixel) function as web beacons that track actions taken on our site for advertising measurement and targeting purposes. These are controlled by your cookie preferences.

    8. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will take effect 14 days after notice is provided.
